Terms and Conditions
This document sets out the conditions for using the website hirudo-romania.com and for purchasing the products sold through it.
1. The seller

2. Products and prices
The products sold are natural creams and products based on medicinal leeches, made by hand. Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON). The seller reserves the right to change prices; the valid price is the one shown at the time the order is placed.
3. Orders
An order is placed by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout steps. After placing an order you receive a confirmation by e-mail. The contract is deemed concluded upon the seller’s confirmation of the order.
4. Payment
The available payment method is cash on delivery. Online card payment will be available later.
5. Delivery
Delivery is by courier. Delivery cost: 30 lei; free for orders over 1000 lei. Estimated delivery time is a few working days from order confirmation.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under Romanian GEO no. 34/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason. As an exception, under the law, sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery are excluded. To withdraw, contact the seller using the details above.
7. Warranties and complaints
The products benefit from conformity under applicable law. Complaints are sent to the seller’s e-mail and are handled within the legal deadlines.
8. Dispute resolution
Any disputes are settled amicably. Otherwise, consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) — anpc.ro, including through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) mechanism, or via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
